My remote control is not syncing with my mattress

You can control your smart mattress through both your smart phone or the remote control provided. If you are having trouble with your remote control working properly here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  • Ensure the batteries are correctly inserted into the back of the remote (a small blue square will appear on your remote-control screen).
  • Check the mattress connections are plugged in and the power is on (checking the light on the ACD is on).
