Sleep Dot Not Working

we are sorry that you are having problems with your sleep dot.

below are some steps to see if you can get yourself up and running.

is your battery still working?
the battery in the sleep dot lasts approxamatly 365 days from the day you install the sleep dot. if you are over this time you will need to replace your battery.
You can test this by taking off the magnetic cover then shake or tap the dot a few times there should be a slight light flashing green you will see this better in a dark area.

Is your phone OS up to date?
the quickest way to do this is navigate to your settings app, find your search bar and type update, you should then see a option to check for updates.
its highly important to keep your phone up to date - not old for your phone to run at its optimum but also many security features are added in keeping your phone safe and secure
